Shipping & Returns Policy

Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. My order management & fulfilment is managed by Bumble Bee Studio team and me, together referred to as 'we' or 'us' throughout. Here are some Shipping and Returns FAQs/policies that we follow. If your query is not covered below, please contact us at bumblebeestudio.in(at)gmail.com.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping throughout INDIA, as well as internationally.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to process, pack and ship your order within 2 calendar days.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed with your shipment tracking information.

Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary.

 

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

For INDIA we ship using India Post or DTDC. This means you can expect delivery in around 3-7 working days.

OUTSIDE INDIA

We use DHL standard (or equivalent branded shipping) for International Shipping which means that you should receive your order within 5-12 working days.

**Please note due to current circumstances postal services may be experiencing delays and disruptions to service**

I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake. If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We use Razorpay payment system for INDIA orders and PayPal for international orders. At checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in India or longer than 14 business days Internationally then please contact us with your order number and we will be able to help.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT’S INCORRECT OR DAMAGED

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us with a photo of the faulty item and your order number and we’ll take care of it. All shipments are insured, so any in-transit damages will be reimbursed as soon as the claim is processed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us and we will be able to help from there.

REFUNDS

All sales are final and we don’t do refunds.
