Thank you for visiting my website. My order management & fulfilment is managed by Bumble Bee Studio team and me, together referred to as 'we' or 'us' throughout. Here are some Shipping and Returns FAQs/policies that we follow. If your query is not covered below, please contact us at bumblebeestudio.in(at)gmail.com. 

 

For Orders placed on the www.parulairen.com (‘The Website’) for the original artworks, prints and other art products created/designed by Parul Airen (‘The Artist’), you (‘The Buyer’) acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions listed below:

1. The artworks made available for sale on ‘The Website’ may not always be in the physical possession with the artist or ‘The Website’ and the artwork’s may be physically located anywhere in India or abroad. In rare cases, it may take longer to process the orders. We will duly inform 'the Buyer' if such is the case.

2. After the receipt of the full payment in advance, the artworks will be delivered/shipped to ‘The Buyer’ through a reputed courier in 3-7 working days within India. For International shipments, artwork will be shipped/delivered within 5-12 working days.

3. The artwork will be shipped either in a rolled format within protective cylinders (within India & internationally) or in framed format (only within India) with proper packaging. Should there be any damage to the artwork in transit ‘The Buyer’ should not accept the parcel and should notify us by email at bumblebeestudio.in(at)gmail.com immediately. In such a case, we will provide you other artworks as your choice of the same value OR refund the amount after courier insurance claim is settled.

4. Pricing & Payments:

a. The price of the artwork includes local India GST (tax).

b. ‘The Buyer’ agrees to pay all shipping costs, charges, custom duties plus any other applicable taxes, as needed, for the purchased artwork.

c. For orders within India, payment should be made via Paytm or Razorpay gateway on 'The Website'.

d. When Shipping address is outside of India, payment should be made through PayPal link on 'The Website'.

5. While great care is taken to reproduce the colors and form of paintings as depicted on ‘The Website’/computer screen/digital format, it is understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be a little variation in shade, colors and brightness. We try to maintain the image as it is with original artworks. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.

6. ‘The Artist’ will provide an authenticity certificate with all Original Artworks at the time of shipping the artworks.

7. The copyright of all the paintings shall always remain with ‘The Artist’.

8. Copyright of all images on ‘The Website’ shall always remain with ‘The Artist’ at all times.

a. These all artworks are an intellectual properties of the artist. All artworks, their images or any part of the images of the artworks, copies, scans, photographs, print screen, videotaping, prints or any types of reproductions or any other method of duplicating uses for commercials and none commercials or any other purposes are strictly prohibited. Necessary legal action will be initiated against anyone violating the copyright terms.

b. If you have a query regarding purchase of the copyrights for any artwork or image on ‘the website’, please contact 'the artist' at bumblebeestudio.in(at)gmail.com or through our CONTACT form, and we will be happy to discuss the details with you.

10. The Artist shall have the right to cancel any order placed on ‘The Website’ at any time prior to the delivery of the Object, without assigning any reason whatsoever. In any such rare instance, the whole payment, if made, will be duly refunded to the ‘The Buyer’.
